Pranav Bajaj — Founder and CEO

Who am I?

I am Pranav, a seasoned SEO specialist, marketer, and the dynamic founder and CEO of RankFast. I’ve over 7 years of expertise in digital marketing across various high-stakes industries, including e-commerce, SaaS, EdTech, real estate, hospitality, Finance, and 15 other micro niches.

I started small, and I learned by doing. That approach is what became RankFast.

Early Steps And The First Projects

I began in 2017 by helping my father with legal agreements. That work taught me the value of clarity in writing and of making complex things easier to understand. I moved into freelancing to earn early income and to learn how the market works. By 2019, I launched Coursenator, a search engine for online courses. The idea was simple: make course discovery more transparent and accessible. Coursenator partnered with more than 20 global providers and grew into a platform used by thousands of learners per month.

How I moved into full-time digital marketing?

Working on Coursenator exposed me to many elements of online growth. I experimented across SEO, affiliate marketing, and paid channels, and I started building more complex campaigns for clients. Eventually, I decided to focus on search and to build an agency model that solved the problems I kept seeing. RankFast was created because too many teams spent money and got little to show for it. We set out to deliver measurable results faster.

I keep outcomes transparent. For one project, I helped grow traffic from 600 to 15,000 visitors per month in seven months. Pranay Mishra — Co-Founder and SEO Specialist

Who am I?

I am Pranay Mishra. I combine applied psychology, software engineering, and technical SEO to make marketing predictable, precise, and scalable.

Education and formative influences

My academic background is dual in nature. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Amity University and a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering at Liverpool John Moores University. This combination of psychology and engineering shaped how I approach the problems we solve at RankFast. Understanding human behaviour paired with technical systems gives me a framework for designing SEO that accounts for users and machines.

Early career and consulting

Before co-founding RankFast, I worked as an SEO consultant at Toptal. That role let me advise varied clients across niches and taught me to diagnose technical and operational gaps quickly. I also worked on Coursenator in its early phase, contributing to the platform’s operational side and learning which systems are essential for scaling online products.

The operational focus I bring to RankFast

If my co-founder focuses on strategy and growth intuition, my role is to ensure operational precision. I design the systems that turn strategy into repeatable execution. I build processes around audits, schema, speed optimisation, crawlability, and technical debt. I make sure the technical foundation is robust so that content and outreach can perform.

My core operational questions are straightforward. Is the website technically healthy? Are our processes repeatable and scalable? Are our decisions backed by data? Strong answers to these questions allow campaigns to deliver outcomes in a predictable timeframe.

Practical examples of the work I lead

At RankFast, I focus on systems that reduce errors and speed up delivery. That means running thorough technical audits, implementing schema and structured data where relevant, setting up pipelines for content creation and review, and monitoring performance with enterprise-level data. My intent is to reduce firefighting and increase headroom for strategic work.

How do I see SEO as an engineering discipline?

I treat SEO like software development. Every change should be testable, measurable, and reversible. Processes are documented. Tests are designed to isolate variables. When something works, we document it. When something fails, we learn and adapt. This discipline helps us scale campaigns for larger clients without the typical operational friction.
