At Rankfast, our responsibility extends beyond client success. We focus on expanding access to education, supporting early-career talent, strengthening local communities, and building a workplace where everyone feels included. For us, impact is meaningful only when it’s shared.
Coursenator started as a simple idea to make online learning less confusing and more accessible. Over time, it grew into a platform that brought together more than 3,50,000 courses from trusted names like Coursera, edX, Udemy, and Udacity. Every month, around 15,000 learners use the platform to find clear, credible learning paths that suit their goals. A large part of the catalogue included over 10,000 free courses, which made education possible for students who were held back by financial limitations. Alongside this, more than 5,000 learners received direct, personalized course recommendations through Pranav’s LinkedIn guidance, helping them confidently choose the right direction for their careers.
Through Coursenator and Rankfast, we created something that many young professionals look for but rarely find: a genuine starting point. Over the years, we shared 219 internship and job openings and eventually welcomed more than 70 candidates into roles across SEO, PPC, development, HR, and content. These weren’t symbolic opportunities. They came with certificates, hands-on projects, flexible working formats, and the kind of support that helps someone build their first real portfolio. Many of these roles were remote or hybrid, allowing students from different backgrounds to step into digital careers without worrying about geography or financial constraints.
Rankfast’s workplace is shaped by the people who choose to work here, and their feedback consistently highlights the environment we try to build every day. Team members often describe the culture as supportive and approachable, with a natural balance between work and personal life. The learning curve is steep in the best way possible because everyone gets access to real projects and advanced tools rather than being kept on the sidelines. Our policies remain flexible on purpose, allowing people to grow at their own pace while still receiving guidance and mentorship from the team around them. We see employee well-being as part of our responsibility, not a benefit.
For many young professionals, Rankfast became the place where they learned what digital marketing really looks like beyond tutorials. They spent their time understanding SEO, PPC, content strategy, and the logic behind global tools that professionals use daily. The work they created here often became the foundation of portfolios that later helped them secure full-time roles. More importantly, they worked closely with mentors and handled client-facing tasks early on, which accelerated their confidence and clarity. Every person who grows through this experience strengthens the wider digital community, and that is a responsibility we take seriously.
At Rankfast, the way we work matters just as much as the results we deliver. Our approach has always been rooted in honesty, clarity, and a genuine commitment to the people who trust us. We keep our processes transparent so clients always know what is happening and why. We choose ethical strategies over shortcuts because we want our work to stand strong long after the first milestone is hit. We build partnerships that last, not campaigns that fade. Much of our focus goes toward supporting small businesses, growing founders in the education space, and helping teams scale in a sustainable, steady way. These values shape every decision we make, and they are the reason our work continues to support entrepreneurs, job creators, and learners across different communities.

At Rankfast, giving back is part of who we are. We focus on supporting education, helping young professionals find real opportunities, and uplifting people who often get overlooked. Our team contributes to initiatives that create access, encourage digital skills, and open doors for future talent. Whether it is offering training, supporting students, or helping small businesses grow, we aim to make sure our progress benefits more than just us. When our communities thrive, we all move forward.
We have a lot we want to build at Rankfast, and part of that growth includes giving more back to the people around us. These upcoming initiatives reflect where we hope to make a real and steady difference.
Many students want to learn marketing, design, or tech, but do not always have the financial support to get started. Our education grants will help them cover small but important costs like online courses, tools, or learning resources. These grants are meant to open doors that feel just slightly out of reach and give students the confidence to continue their learning journey.
We are teaming up with Feministaa to create a space where women-led startups can grow with guidance and encouragement. This program will offer practical feedback, honest conversations, and real support for founders who are building something on their own. Our hope is to make their path a little easier and help more women find their place in the digital space with confidence.
Many NGOs work tirelessly for their communities but struggle to get seen online. Once a year, our team will choose one NGO and spend a full week helping them improve their digital presence. This will include SEO help, clearer messaging, and support with visibility. The goal is to give them a boost that continues to help long after the sprint ends.
Not everyone has access to digital guidance, so we plan to host free monthly workshops that cover simple but valuable skills. These sessions will walk people through digital basics, online branding, resume building, and other topics that help them feel more prepared for modern work. Anyone who wants to learn is welcome to join.
We want to grow in a way that feels responsible. Over the coming year, we will begin planting trees, reducing waste in our operations, and supporting small sustainability efforts where we can. These steps are not big by themselves, but they add up over time and help us stay mindful of the impact we leave behind.
